Project Description: This Contract provides for the exterior and interior renovation of the existing 45,828 GSF commercial building located at 521 SE Chkalov Drive, including demolition work, building envelope work, structural steel work, installation of new exterior and interior finishes, masonry work; replacement and new installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work and associated utilities: site hardscape and softscape including parking, amenities, and landscaping; exterior and interior environmental graphics and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the General Conditions.
An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held at time, 1:00 pm PST, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 521 SE Chkalov Drive, Vancouver, Washington. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed.
The Contract Work shall be Substantially Complete by November 5, 2027.
