The purpose of this sources sought is to obtain knowledge of potential sources for this project including
interested Small Business concerns. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties are
encouraged to respond. Springfield-Beckley Air National Guard Base, Springfield, Ohio may issue a
solicitation and award a contract for Modernize BLDG 128 SCIF with supporting spaces and other related
work subject to the availability of funds. The magnitude of this project is expected to be between
$1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating
their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 17 April 2025. This
notification, which shall not exceed 10 typewritten pages, must include:
(1) A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor
(2) A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form
(3) A list of government building construction projects completed during the past five (5) years, with
emphasis on work completed as a prime contractor utilizing Secure Compartmentalized Information
Facility (SCIF) specifications in accordance with ICD/ICS 705. The dollar value, contract number,
location, COR and Contracting Officer are to be included for each job. If you were not the prime
contractor, you must provide the name and contact information of the prime contractor.
(4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the
contract.
In the event an adequate number of Small Business contractors are not available for competition of this
project, the government reserves the right to advertise on an unrestricted basis.
