Lakeland College is soliciting proposals from Employee Benefit Consultants with relevant experience, skills and resources to provide excellent customer service in the areas of designing and marketing benefit plans, selecting carriers, and implementing and administering plans.
This RFP is seeking detailed information from prospective proponents on their capability, methodology and related experience. The college intends, through this competitive process, to select an experienced and capable consultant to provide benefit services for a term of 3 years, with the option to extend for 2 years based on acceptable performance during the initial term of the contract.
