Project Description: The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) seeks proposals from qualified vendors for an online tutoring database that provides tutoring resources and live tutors. Patrons shall be provided with homework assistance for grades K – 12, college courses, and adult continuing education programs. The Library is accepting proposals for a three (3)-year contract with the possibility of two additional one (1)-year renewals at the option of the Library, through September 2030. The contract will commence in September/October 2025. These dates are subject to change.
