Solicitation Summary
WSSC Water requests proposals from qualified companies (the “Consultant”) to provide the services described in the scope of work to consolidate and expand upon all past and on-going efforts associated with wastewater master and facility planning within WSSC Water and to supplement and enhance this work to develop one comprehensive Master Plan for the entire wastewater system which shall include, but not be limited to, collection and conveyance, pumping, wet weather storage, treatment, and biosolids management. Facility Plans shall also be performed for each element of the system and shall consolidate and expand upon all past and on-going work efforts into one document for each system element.
