Description
The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the provision of various Hidrostal brand pumps and associated parts to support operations at its Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP). This procurement is intended to establish a long-term supply agreement with a vendor authorized to distribute Hidrostal products within the Calgary region.
The objective of this RFQ is to secure a reliable source for like-for-like replacements and critical spare parts that ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and support ongoing maintenance and lifecycle requirements. The successful respondent will demonstrate the ability to provide genuine Hidrostal components, meet delivery expectations, and maintain pricing transparency throughout the contract term.
This RFQ process will result in a non-exclusive agreement for an initial term of five (5) years, with the option to extend for up to an additional four (4) years, subject to mutual agreement. Respondents must be authorized distributors of Hidrostal products and capable of servicing the Calgary, Alberta area.
