1. Description

The USDA intends to issue a Request for BPA Call Order Proposal under the existing USDA NRCS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Government requires Wetland Delineations and Determinations for USDA NRCS South Carolina for seven program participants. The total approximate acreage for the projects are 1143 acres.

2. Competition

This requirement will be requested by one existing Small Business BPA holder under their previously awarded Firm‑Fixed‑Price BPA:

• 12FPC423A0010 Nutter & Associates Inc.

3. Contract Type

A Firm‑Fixed‑Price call order will be issued under the applicable BPA.

4. Set‑Aside Status

This BPA call order will remain under the original small business set-aside associated with the BPA Master award.

Only the BPA holder listed in Section 2 is eligible. No responses from non‑BPA holders will be accepted.
