Oil Dock 14 Test Pile

The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) hereby issues this Request for Competitive Sealed
Proposals (CSP) seeking Respondents interested in Oil Dock 14 Test Pile project. Interested
Respondents must be registered on the PCCA’s procurement website to obtain the complete CSP
package (https://pocca.procureware.com/home). This solicitation will be a one-step process in
which selection will be based on specific criteria identified in this document.

Scope of work generally consists of driving a single steel test pile 54” diameter, 100 feet long with
interlocks that will eventually become a production pile to the Oil Dock 14 Deepening
initiative. Scope will include performing dynamic pile testing per ASTM D4945 which includes a
restrike after 7 days. Respondent is also responsible for providing survey data of the pile’s
precise location and underwater inspection of final product and condition of existing adjacent
bulkhead wall.
