This project, located in Harford County, is for the maintenance and preservation of environmental assets including the MDOT
SHA Churchville Maintenance Shop (District 4). Environmental Assets include but are not limited to landscape planting beds,
individual trees, tree planting sites, turf areas, stream sites and wetlands within SHA facilities and right-of-ways, easements held
by SHA, and areas under agreement with SHA.
Living Wage Rates Apply, Bid Bond (Proposal Guaranty/Bid Security) Will Not Be Required
Annual-Renewable Performance and Payment Bonds Will Be Required on Contracts Equal to
or Greater Than $100,000
