Project Description: MSD seeks the services of an Owner’s Advisor to support the referenced project potentially during all phases of the project lifecycle including but not limited to study, planning, design, and construction / closeout. The general services to be provided are the necessary technical and project management support as the Owner’s Advisor and site designer for successful execution of the MWATS Project.
