LEGAL NOTICE

Request for Qualifications - Professional
Engineering Services

The Clermont County Board of County Commissioners(“Owner”) is
issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified, licensed engineering
firms to provide professional engineering services for electrical service
upgrades and the addition of backup generator power to Court Facilities in
Batavia, Ohio. The selection will follow a Qualified Based Selection (QBS)
process in accordance with Ohio statutes governing procurement of professional
design services. All Request for
Qualifications (RFQs) must be received in the Office of the Board of County
Commissioners, no later than 2:00 PM EST
on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at which time all RFQs will be opened and
acknowledged. RFQs should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: “RFQ–CLERMONT COUNTY COURTS ELECTRIC AND
GENERATOR UPGRADES” and should include (2) original hard copy sets of the
RFQ.

The Board of County Commissioners will use this
file to select firms for services required for county projects if the estimated
fee is less than $50,000.00 as permitted under ORC 153.71.

Submitted Requests for Qualifications shall
include:

1.
Information about the firm’s background and
history;

2. Key personnel resumes to include education, license, and
experience of key personnel that would be assigned to perform required design
services;

3.
Relevant project experience from past
performance on other projects related to general office remodeling;

4. Capacity & workload availability. Include the ability of the
firm in terms of its workload and the ability of qualified personnel and
equipment to perform the required professional design services competently and
expeditiously;

5. Three Current references for projects completed by the firm in the
last five years. This information shall include the project name, cost,
location, project deadline, date completed, and the project reference contact.
