This project, located in
Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s Counties
(District 5), is for the maintenance and preservation of environmental assets including the
LaPlata Maintenance Shop, Leonardtown Maintenance Shop, and Prince Frederick Maintenance Shop
. Environmental Assets include but are not limited to landscape planting beds, individual trees, turf areas, stream sites and wetlands within right-of-ways, easements held by SHA, and areas under agreement with SHA.
LIVING WAGE RATES APPLY, BID BOND (PROPOSAL GUARANTY/BID SECURITY) WILL NOT BE REQUIRED
ANNUAL-RENEWABLE PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS WILL BE REQUIRED ON CONTRACTS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $100,000.
