APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The NGA is seeking a contractor capable of providing comprehensive VO data using cutting edge technologies such as, but not limited to, CV/Machine Learning (ML) detection and characterization technologies integrated with comprehensive, high-resolution imagery and elevation data. These capabilities must enable low-altitude aviation mission planning and enhance geospatial intelligence analysis by providing timely mission data to decision-makers preparing for and conducting aviation mission planning and rehearsals.
The NGA requires the contractor‑derived solution to evolve, augment, and accelerate enterprise‑level VO identification and characterization analysis workflows by employing technologies capable of rapid and accurate VO detections. The contractor‑provided solution is required to increase productivity while reducing both personnel and financial resource burdens.
The NGA requires access to, and deployment of the contractor provided capabilities to deliver a critical advantage to aviation mission planning throughout dense rural and urban infrastructure environments while maneuvering to avoid a variety of natural and manmade VO’s.
