This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The project involves demolition of the former Boiler House and Laundry Building at the Kentucky School for the Deaf in Danville, KY. The approximately 6,300 square foot masonry building, including the chimney, foundations, floor slabs, and associated site improvements, will be demolished and removed. Work includes removal of existing trees, stumps, fencing, site lighting, miscellaneous concrete pads, and other appurtenances within the project limits. Masonry and concrete demolition debris will be crushed on-site and reused as compacted fill for backfilling excavated areas. The site will be restored with final grading, positive drainage, and seeding upon completion of the demolition work. |
