Animal Shelter Renovation and Addition

The project is a renovation and addition of an existing animal shelter. The work includes concrete trenching and patching, masonry modifications and lintels, certain interior and exterior removals, plumbing, hvac, and electrical modifications associated with interior renovations. Interior renovations include but are not limited to restrooms, break room, cat isolation room, laundry, grooming, and disinfection rooms, and new acoustical panel ceilings, lighting, and HVAC throughout facility. The addition is approximately 700 SF, constructed of cast-in-place concrete walls and wood joist roof framing, and built into a slope on the rear of the building. The addition includes a storage, dishwashing, and veterinary exam room. Exterior work includes concrete sidewalk and chain-link fencing. The HVAC design and structural equipment support will be released in an addendum.
