Description
The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide Prime Consultant and Architectural Services for Supportive Residential Development.
BC Housing is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to provide architectural design services for a proposed build project to accommodate 40 shelter beds and 60 supportive housing units. The new construction must achieve a minimum provincial Energy Step Code 4, a GHGI under 3 (Zero Carbon Step Code), and comply with BC Housing Design and Construction Standards and BC Housing Commissioning Guidelines.
