ATCPD-Renovation Artisan Bldg. - Phase II

The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Albany Technical College for a Phase II Renovation project within their Artisan Hall Building, located on the Albany Campus, in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. The Albany Campus is located at 1704 South Slappey Blvd, Albany, GA 31701. The project plans are attached to the bid event. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
Albany Technical College (ATC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and site visit at their Albany Campus on August 28, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held in the Artisan Hall Building, Conference Room 127. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
