Brief description: MnDOT requests letters of interest for professional, technical assistance to provide preliminary and detailed design for a mill and overlay and geometric improvements on Minnesota Trunk Highway (TH) 43 in Winona, Minnesota. The project will be let under SP 8503-54 and the limits are from Mankato Avenue to the Mississippi River bridge. The goal of this project is to provide 100 percent construction plan for the project by July 15, 2027.
