Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico, has an upcoming requirement for the collection and disposal of Pharmaceutical Hazardous/Non-Hazardous, Non-pharmaceutical Hazardous, and Control Substance Waste services. The period of performance is July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030. This will be a five-year contract with a base year plus four option years:




  1. Base year: 07/01/2025 to 06/30/2026

  2. Option year-one: 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027

  3. Option year-two: 07/01/2027 to 06/30/2028

  4. Option year-three: 07/01/2028 to 06/30/2029

  5. Option year-four: 07/01/2029 to 06/30/2030





The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal with a small business size standard of $47.0 million.



The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00151 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 18, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government requirements, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by April 29, 2025. The acquisition is a Total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside.



In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
