Description
This Request for Construction Tender (the “RFC”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Foundation Building Windows and Doors Replacement, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFC Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFC is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete construction services for Build Nova Scotia, for the Foundation Building located at 1556 Lower Water Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia for a Stipulated Lump Sum Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
The Tender Documents are identified as Project No. 250397 as prepared by EastPoint Engineering Ltd (“the Consultant”). Cost of acquiring documents: Not Applicable
Terms of payment for acquiring documents: Not Applicable
