Method of Award: As a result of this IFB, the Commonwealth will award a Purchase Order to the lowest and responsible bidder.

Federal License Required: All bidders must be a Sig Sauer dealer/distributor authorized to sell to Pennsylvania Law Enforcement and must have a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and a Pennsylvania Firearms License. A copy of their authorization to sell in Pennsylvania and copies of both their FFL and Pennsylvania Firearms license shall be attached to the bid. If these documents are not included with the bid, the Game Commission shall request the documents and upon request, the bidder shall provide such within 3 business days.
Payment: Payment shall be made upon satisfactory delivery of all merchandise.
