Label Printing and Application Machinery for OPI Janitorial Shop-DRC270056-OHIO PENAL INDUSTRIES

The OPI Janitorial Shop, operating out of the Southeastern Correctional Institution located in Lancaster, OH, is seeking proposls for label printing and application equipment. Proposals must match the make/model of the equipment detailed in the items list to be considered as responsive and responsible.  All proposals that do not meet this requirement will be disqualified.

Offerors must review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all required documentation via OhioBuys.

All bids and inquiries must be submitted through OhioBuys. The solicitation adheres to the dates provided in OhioBuys, shall any changes in the dates be necessary, such information will be posted in OhioBuys as well.

Please review the questionnaire and attach requested documentation if possible. Failure to do so will NOT disqualify any proposals; however, the awarded contractor must be able to supply these requested documents before finalizing any contracts.
