2024 Sanitary Sewer System Maintenance, Repair, and Emergency Response Services

Project Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Easttown Municipal Authority (EMA) is soliciting online sealed bids for Sanitary Sewer System Maintenance, Repair, and Emergency Response Services. All bids must be submitted online at www.pennbid.net. Registration on PennBid is free. Bid instructions and specifications will be uploaded and available for review on or about December 11, 2024. All documents, bid bonds, affidavits and other information accompanying the bids shall be uploaded to the PennBid website. Bids must be submitted and available for review no later than 10:00 AM (prevailing local time), Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at which time the bidding will be closed. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid (defined below) for the initial contract term must accompany all bids. All questions for the EMA shall be asked via the PennBid website. Questions shall not be answered if received after 4:00 pm, January 2, 2025. Bids received will be revealed at the conclusion of the bidding period on the PennBid website. The EMA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of the EMA. Specifications are available on the PennBid website, or may be procured by prospective bidders at the Easttown Township Municipal Building during normal business hours.
