24 Sept 2026: Amend 0002: The purpose is to extend the proposal due date from 28 Sept 2026 to 07 October 2026, no later than 11AM EST. This is too allow interested contractors time to submit requests for the new drawings and finalize their proposal prior to the due dates. Attached are Attach A - Specs_Rev 02, responses to questions received titled "USCGC Calhoun-Request for Clarification Responses."

04 Sept 2026: Amend 0001: The purpose is to add an additional definitive work item into the Specs (WORK ITEM 3: Talon Grid (Type 18-08), Inspect and Test), extend the proposal due date from 14 Sept 2026 to 28 Sept 2026, provide a suspense date of NLT 11AM EST, 11 Sept 2026 for technical package requests due to the additional work item, and provide the following revised documents: Attachment A - Specification CALHOUN (WMSL-759), Rev 1, dtd 03SEP2026 and Attachment B Pricing CALHOUN (WMSL-759) SOS&S, Rev 1.

This requirement is for the Contractor to provide all necessary labor, services, supplies, materials, equipment, power, accessories, personnel, and other things as necessary, except otherwise specified to perform dockside repairs to the USCGC CALHOUN (WMSL-759), a 418' National Security Cutter in accordance with the solicitation, schedule and specifications.
