The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) invites qualified respondents to submit proposals for the provision and implementation of a multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) Finance solution. Specifically, the TNRD seeks a modern Finance platform to address its unique needs in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting & Forecasting, Fixed Asset Management, Contract Management, and more.

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is twofold:

Selection of Finance Platform: The TNRD seeks a platform that can fit its needs in terms of technology, functionality, and scalability. The chosen solution should integrate well within the TNRD’s current technology ecosystem, be well positioned for scalability and future innovation, and enhance current finance processes.

Selection of an Implementation Partner: The TNRD also seeks an implementation partner to support setup, migration, integration, training, and other foundational activities required for a successful modern digital Finance transformation.

The TNRDs shift to a modern Finance solution is part of a broader digital adoption initiative, which also includes a modernized Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. Recognizing that a comprehensive solution may require multiple platforms, the TNRD has issued two separate RFPs to encourage responses from both best-of-breed solutions and integrated ERP platforms.
