NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND)

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Standing Offer (SO) to provide pilot and maintenance technician courses (Aircraft Systems Technician (AVN) & Avionics Systems Technician (AVS)), and training courses suitable for use by the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) personnel to operate and maintain the CT142 Dash 8, Series 100 aircraft. Training includes comprehensive knowledge of the operation, management, and troubleshooting of systems used or supported by personnel in the flight deck and by maintenance technicians.

Number of Standing Offers: This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) standing offer for three (3) years, plus three (3) irrevocable option years allowing Canada to extend the term of the Standing Offer.
