Description:

Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Water Testing Services, as described herein:

Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide certified water quality testing for CAL FIRE Devil's Garden Fire Center. Materials, equipment, and labor shall include, but are not limited to, providing all sample bottles, labels, "chain of custody" paperwork, ice chests, ice packs, and reporting analytical results to the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Division of Drinking Water (DDW), as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work.
