306/JB/Moritz Fence Repair

Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare is solicitating for the following:

Contractor shall repair the existing commercial-grade chain link security fence located at the Moritz Building 2200 W. Broad St. Columbus OH 43223. The repair consists of rebuilding two (2) fence sections, each approximately 4 feet wide and 20 feet tall, totaling approximately 8 linear feet, including 2 end posts.
Work includes:

Contractor is responsible for contacting OUPS for public utility locates prior to digging. Facility will mark any private underground utilities, drain lines, sprinkler systems, etc. in the work area prior to start.

Pre-bid walk-through will take place at 10:00am Tuesday 8/11/2026 Please email william.smith@dbh.ohio.gov to confirm you r attendance and for further instructions.

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) will award this project to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier. The awarded supplier must include all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission.

Substitutions are not permitted unless explicitly authorized within the solicitation documentation.

All pricing must be clearly entered into the OhioBuys item grid. If a separate quote is submitted, the total must exactly match the amount listed in the item grid. Discrepancies may result in disqualification.

DBH reserves the right to purchase up to the full quantities specified in the sourcing project.

Important: All vendor inquiries must be submitted exclusively through the Inquiry Field in OhioBuys. Questions submitted through other channels will not be considered.

In the event of a tie bid, the sourcing project will be awarded to the first valid bid received by the date and time stamp in OhioBuys.
