Teledyne Advanced Pollution Instrumentation and Associated Spare Parts

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Teledyne Advanced Pollution Instrumentation (Teledyne API) for the provision of Teledyne Models T400, T703, and T640 and all associated parts. for a period of three years.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per three separate correspondence provided by Teledyne Advanced Pollution Instrumentation dated October 28, 2024 Teledyne Advanced Pollution Instrumentation (Teledyne API) is the sole manufacturer of the Teledyne API Model T400 UV Absorption O3 Analyzer, Teledyne API Model T640 Optical PM Analyzer, Teledyne API Model T703 (UV Photometric O3 Calibrator) and all associated spare/replacement parts.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
