Bids for the construction of Wellington Highway 160 Waterline will be received at the office of the City of Wellington located at 317 S. Washington, Wellington, KS 67152 until October 27, 2026, 10:00am local time. At that time the Bids will be publicly opened and read.

Description of Project:

The project consists of installing two parallel waterlines to replace the existing 4-inch waterline beneath US Highway 160. The northern alignment includes approximately 715 linear feet of 6-inch pipe installed via directional drilling. The southern alignment includes approximately 717 linear feet of 2-inch pipe installed via directional drilling. Work also includes removal and replacement of the fire hydrants and reconnection of existing services to the proposed waterlines.
