UConn School of Nursing - Ph. 1B - Rough Carpentry Re-Bid
The Lee Kennedy Company (LKCO) is the awarded CM on the new UConn School of Nursing project. This project is a 5-story 90,000 SF new out of ground building located along Bolton Road in the existing S-Lot parking lot. The project will include new classrooms, offices, simulation labs, wet labs, innovation labs, as well as common spaces, future fit-out/expansion areas and will connect to campus utility infrastructure. Lee Kennedy is re-soliciting bids for the rough carpentry package.
