Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, t he New York City Fire Department intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Sansio Inc., to provide system hosting, maintenance, and training for the HealthEMS MobileTouch Electronic Pre-Hospital Care Reporting System (ePCR).

Any vendor, besides Sansio Inc., that believes they can provide these services is invited to express their interest by submitting a response to this RFI in PASSPort.
