INTRODUCTION
The Town of Vail Public Works Department is seeking proposals from contractors for snow removal during the 2026-2027 winter season. Proposals are for snow removal at the Vail Golf/Nordic Center parking lot, Donovan Pavillion parking lot and hand shoveling various areas around the Town of Vail. Proposals will be reviewed and used to establish a qualified vendors list.

The successful firm shall hold pricing for the term of the contract.
The Town of Vail reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all proposals on any basis without disclosing the reason. The Town reserves the right to award all or portions of this RFP to contractors.
