Nelson Lagoon, AK - Residential Septic System Installations

Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Constructing onsite septic systems for 20 private residences and decommissioning existing septic systems in phases as identified in the project map.
Base Bid: Phase 1: Sites 3, 5, 6, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 21
Additive Alternates: Phase 2: Sites 2, 7, 11, 12 & 20 & Phase 3: Sites 1, 4, 10, 13, 14 & 15
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with installing septic systems in rural Alaska.
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of November 30, 2026 and final completion date of December 30, 2026.
Award Statement:
Award will be based on the total for all Phases. ANTHC anticipates having funding available for Phase 1; however, it reserves the right to award multiple phases should additional funding become available.
