Hamilton Ventilator Maintenance

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide full service for Hamilton ventilators in the NIH Clinical Center. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

The Clinical Center needs a Full-service contract, base year with four option years, for their Hamilton Ventilators that were purchased in 2020 and one MRI purchased in 2025.

Vendor will have local headquarters and have past experience with similar contracts in a hospital environment

• This agreement is valid for service, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (local time). The Field Service Technician will be on-site within two (2) business days of the documented request for service. Vendor will provide a contact for ventilator machine service requests and where users can have access to clinical support.

• Vendor will provide telephone Support Twenty four-hour/seven days per week / three hundred sixty-five days per year.

• Performance of all calibration adjustments and Preventative Maintenance (PM) must be completed in accordance to manufacture’s specifications

• Repair and PM parts must be new and certified by manufacturer. Preventive Maintenance services will be performed in accordance with the current applicable Manufacturer’s Preventive Maintenance Procedures and will be performed in conjunction with other service work. One (1) Preventive Maintenance visit is included in the cost of this Agreement.

• Vendor will coordinate correction of any alerts or recall corrections pertaining to the equipment covered in this agreement

• Vendor will not violate any manufacturer’s warranty or certification
