Description
The Lilburn Downtown Development Authority invites qualified individuals or entities to submit proposals to purchase and renovate the historic single-family home located at 243 Main Street, Lilburn, Georgia. The property must be renovated in a manner that preserves its historic character and qualifies it for continued residential use. The minimum purchase price that will be accepted is $200,000.
