Aman Builders Inc. on behalf of Alberta Infrastructure

Tender Package 1 includes Work enabling and decant works to support phased MDRD relocation within an active hospital. Scope includes selective demolition, abatement, minor structural and concrete modifications, penetrations, and installation of architectural finishes and hygienic wall systems where required. Work will be executed in controlled phases enhanced IPC protocols to maintain safe hospital operations and support staged relocation of MDRD functions to prepare for future Tender Packages as part of this project
