Solicitation Summary

Maryland is on a journey to refine its ability to respond quickly and effectively to cyber security incidents. To accomplish this objective, the State is seeking proposals for Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) services. Through this solicitation, the State intends to establish a retainer with the successful Offeror that brings key cyber forensics expertise and incident response talent upon which the State may draw in the event of a cyber incident.
