The County of Greenville is requesting quotes for the demolition and removal of all structures and debris at 20 Arch Street Extention, Greenville, SC 29617.

Background

This project is a forced demolition by the County of a residential structure that has been ruled unfit. All structures on the property will need to be removed including any and all trash, rubbish, debris and uncontrolled growth (weeds/high grasses). When the lot has been cleared, the lot will need to be graded to promote positive drainage and then seeded and strawed to prevent erosion.
