Project Description: Sealed Bids for hauling and ultimate disposal of thickened primary and waste-activated sludge from the Upper Gwynedd Township Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 261 Township Line Road, North Wales, PA 19454 for a three (3) year period from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2028, will be received online by Upper Gwynedd Township via the PennBid Program until 10:00 am on Thursday, February 20, 2025. At that time, they will be publicly opened and read.
All bidding documents are available at no cost at www.pennbid.net.
A Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, drawn to the order of Upper Gwynedd Township, shall be submitted with the Bid.
Upper Gwynedd Township reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids and to waive any informality in Bids received.
No Bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
