Project Description: Sealed Bids on behalf of the Community College of Philadelphia, will be accepted online, via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) for the RFP 10225 – Enrollment Offices Conversion until 03/6/25 for the following contracts:
Contract No. 1: Electrical Contract No. 2: Mechanical Contract No. 3: Fire Protection
Bid results will be publicly available on PennBid directly after the closing of Bids.
A pre-Bid meeting will be held on 02/06/25. The attendees are directed to meet at the Enrollment Offices of the college (Bonnell Building Lobby) at 9 am

This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
