The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469025Q0045, to compete and award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the 28th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) for Dryer Vent and Water Restoration.This award will have a five-year Period of Performance. The projected Period of Performance is currently 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2030. The actual Period of Performance will be finalized at the time of BPA award.This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561790 ? Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, with a size standard of $9,000,000.00. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted no later than Wednesday, 17 September 2025 by 3:00pm MDT to jason.wright@us.af.mil. Dryer Vent and Water Restoration.Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.Note: The apparently successful offeror will have their NIST score validated in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7020. If the offeor has not completed an assessment, an assessment will need to be completed prior to BPA award. If the score is not compliant, the offeror will be required to submit a corrective action plan prior to BPA award.
