NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE



The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Regional Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed-price purchase order to II Corps Consulting, (CAGE: 30YY7) , 1139 Heatherstone DR, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22407-4828 on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.



This procurement is to provide Explosive hazards and Improvised Threat (EHIT) Training. The training includes related intelligence analysis and fusion, Multi-Function Electronic Warfare training, and delivery of the Explosive Hazards Basic Leader course. Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required services. Therefore, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from II Corps Consulting, the authorized source .



THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement indicating their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 11:00 AM EST, 07 July 2025. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
