Overview

Summary

SHARP Inc is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide architectural / engineering services for the renovation of 92 multifamily and townhome units that make up its Greenback Grove project. Ideally, proposers will have experience with multi-family renovation projects in the Sacramento, CA area.

Background

SHARP Inc. intends to undertake renovation work for the properties listed in the Scope of Work section of this solicitation. The renovation work shall comply with tax credit allocation committee minimum construction standards (Attachment 10), CBC building code, American Disability Act (ADA) under public housing classification and other applicable federal, local and state codes.
