Alamance CC BCOE Third Level Upfit
at which time and in A Building, Room A-239, 1247 Jimmie Kerr Road, Graham, NC 27253,
bids will be opened and read.
Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained by download from the
following link upon input of your contact information:

or obtained from the designer by those qualified as prime bidders, upon refundable deposit
of $500.00 in cash or certified check payable to ThoughtCraft Architects. Contractor will be
required to call ahead for pick up or pay for shipping.
A non-mandatory open pre-bid meeting and site walk will be held on Tuesday,
December 9th at 2:00 p.m. at the Alamance Community College Biotechnology Center of
Excellence building, Room C-106, 1247 Jimmie Kerr Road, Graham, NC 27253.
Attendance is strongly encouraged, as the existing conditions and bidding procedures will
be reviewed, and questions may be addressed. Contractors are responsible for
familiarizing themselves with the site, scope of work, and all existing conditions, whether or
not they attend the pre-bid walk. The public will continue to use walkways and roads during
construction, so precautions need to be taken by Contractor to ensure their safety and
protection from construction activities.
All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be
submitted in writing to Sarah Hefner AIA, SH@ThoughtCraftArchitects.com. Replies will be
issued by Addenda. All Addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents and all
Bidders shall be bound by such Addenda, whether or not received by the Bidders.
The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
