Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: On-Site Drug and Alcohol Screening Devices.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: stated in Attachment B - Scope of Work.
Length of Contract: Five Years. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for one-year. Administrative Fee: see Attachment B - Scope of Work.
