Bid, performance, and payment & material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards will be observed. The project is located along Carolina Place Parkway from HWY. 51 to Park Road. Scope of work includes a sidewalks and signal work. Electronic plans and specifications can be obtained from Aaron Wagoner at LandDesign, at awagoner@landdesign.com. Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
