Demolition/Removal of Shed & Pour Concrete Slab with Ramps
• Project #1: Disconnect electric power & demolish a 12’ x 16’ wooden shed, removing all debris from site. • Project #2: Excavate, pour, & finish a reinforced concrete pad (5” thick x 8’ x 20”) & 2 ramps (8’ in width). A mandatory walk through will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025. Interested bidders will meet at the Sterling Town Hall, 1183 Plainfield Pike, Oneco, CT 06373.
