The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Auxiliary System Division (Code 41) has a requirement to provide services to support installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and engineering of equipment manufactured by Howell Laboratories, Inc (HLI). The systems for which support will be required include Air Dehydration Systems, Potable Water Treatment Systems, and biofouling prevention systems. The scope of work performed by the contractor is limited to work within the physical confines of the equipment manufactured by HLI as defined in each piece of equipment’s applicable technical manual, where HLI is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
