CIFD is seeking a financial institution to provide banking services on behalf of the Opportunity L.A. program, such as: maintenance of all existing program accounts, opening and maintenance of accounts for future cohorts of program participants, provision of methods by which program participants are able to access their account information and make deposits, and provision of reporting and customer service functions to CIFD.
